Minnie Rose

Minnie Rose, 76, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at her Hearth Brook Assisted Living residence in Newark, Ohio. Minnie was born November 27, 1945, in Greenup, Kentucky a daughter of the late Homer and Ellen Nelson Brown. She was a member of Christian Fellowship Independent Baptist Church in Greenup.  Minnie loved her church family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Willie Rose and one brother Joe Brown. 

She is survived by

Gina (Tim) Myers of Johnstown, Ohio

one half-sister

Rosie Prater of Corunna, Michigan

one sister-in-law 

Janet Brown of Greenup, Kentucky 

three special cousins 

Debbie (Danny) Patton, Paula (Larry) Moore, Patty (Roy) Haight

Funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 am on Monday, October 10, 2022, at Reed Funeral Home by Bro. Danny Brown. Burial will be in McGuire Cemetery in Greenup, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until service time. Condolences may be made at www.rlrfuneralhome.com.
