Troy Brown

Troy R. Brown, 78, of Argillite, Kentucky went to be with the Lord, Saturday, March 26, 2022, at his residence in Argillite. Mr. Brown was born February 21, 1944, in Ironton, Ohio a son of the late Earl and Dorothy Hall Brown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Paul Brown and Earl Brown Jr. and one sister Joyce Brown.

He worked for 42 years at Kentucky Electric Steel and was a member of United Steelworker Local #5470. He farmed tobacco and loved taking care of his horses and goats.

He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Naoma Markham Brown

Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday April 1, 2022, at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Bro. Danny Brown. Burial will be in Troy Brown Cemetery in Argillite, Kentucky.
