Jimmie Paul Sr.

Jimmie V. Paul Sr., beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2026, at the age of 96.

Jimmie was born on February 21, 1930, in Jeffersonville, Ohio, son of the late Sirdine Paul and Ida Mae Burton Paul Webb. Jimmie was an Army Special Forces for seven years and a Korean Conflict Veteran. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Greenup, Kentucky. He worked at Westinghouse Electric in Chicago, Illinois.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Anna Sue Brown Paul; two brothers Homer Webb and Lawrence Paul and two sisters Lillie Mae Webb and Janavee Harris. 

He is survived by his son Jimmie Paul Jr and his wife Barbara of Lynn, Kentucky; a granddaughter Kaitlin Miller and her husband Danny; a grandson Austin Paul; six great-grandchildren, Jordan, Brentley, Shyanna, Gracelynn, Charity, and Maddox; a sister Leona McQueen; a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held from 11:00 – 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Elder Dan Evans Sr. Condolences may be made at www.rlrfuneralhome.com.
