James Raymond Graham, 74, of Portsmouth, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Southern Ohio Hospice Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. James was born April 2, 1951, in Portsmouth, Ohio, a son of the late James Earl and Elizabeth Conley Graham.
James was a retired thermite welder for the Norfolk and Southern Railroad.
He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Melissa Kay Wright Graham; a son James “Max” Maxwell (Leah) Graham and a granddaughter Alaina Jean Graham.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Reed Funeral Home in Greenup has been entrusted with the arrangements.
