George Carroll Hall

George Carroll Hall, 84, of South Shore, Kentucky passed away, Thursday, June 30, 2022, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky. George was born April 17, 1938, in Greenup County, Kentucky a son of the late Elijah and Naomi Sloane Hall. He was a 1956 graduate of the former McKell High School. He loved to cook, hunt, and farm. He was known for his great cooking.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Erma McKenzie Hall; one son Donald Jeff” Jeffrey Hall; one daughter Anna Marie Hall; three brothers Bob Hall, Ray Hall, and Bill Hall; and two sisters Farrell Watkins, and Imogene Klinginsmith.

eight grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00pm on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at Reed Funeral Home by Bro. Clayton Oliver and Bro. Marshall Oliver. Burial will be in Mt.
