Constance Sue Young, 79, of Ashland, Kentucky went to be with the Lord, Monday, September 6, 2021, in King’s Daughters’ Medical Center in Ashland. Constance was born August 31, 1942, in Ashland, Kentucky a daughter of the late Armon and Naomi White Fraley.
She was a member of Hoods Creek Enterprise Baptist Church and was a 1960 graduate of Wurtland High School. Constance loved to sing in church with her sisters and mother. She was the glue that held the family together.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother Tim Fraley; one grandson Izaiah Law; one son-in-law Jerry Bates; and one brother-in-law Larry Joe Johnson.
She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years Robert G. Young

and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends who will miss her dearly.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm, Friday September 10, 2021, at Hoods Creek Enterprise Baptist Church by Minister Kevin Fraley, Bro. Leo Ison, and Brittany Law. Burial will be in Fraley Cemetery in Ashland, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until service time on Friday at the church.
