Carol Ann "Sissy" Rowe

Carol Ann “Sissy” Rowe, 77, of Portsmouth, Ohio passed away June 29, 2022, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. Carol was born October 6, 1944, in Baltimore, Maryland a daughter of the late Joseph and Audrey Jarvis Hamilton. She loved to bowl and was on a bowling league. She was a 1963 graduate of Lewis County High School.

She is survived by her husband Edward “Ronnie” Rowe
