Richard Gene Sparks

Richard Gene Sparks, 45, went to be with the Lord August 5, 2020 at his residence from a sudden heart attack. Mr. Sparks was born August 3, 1975 in Portsmouth, Ohio a son of Katherine Graham Sparks and the late Billy Gene Sparks.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his loving wife Crystal Wellman Sparks
