Joyce Lynn Hamilton

Joyce Lynn Hamilton, 74, of Ashland, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Joyce was born July 15, 1945 in Ashland, Kentucky a daughter of the late Denver and Alice Johnson Nichols.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Joe Hamilton.

She is survived by one son Joseph Chad (Paige Blair) Hamilton of Richmond, Kentucky; two daughters Alice Renee Adkins of Portsmouth, Ohio and Angie (Jerry) Maynard of Ashland, Kentucky; one brother Denver (Judy) Nichols of Ashland, Kentucky; four sisters Gay (Gene) Blankenship of Greenup, Kentucky, Karen (Mickey) Blanton and Janet (Bob) Holbrook both of Ashland, Kentucky and Debbie (Mark Hurley) Nichols of Manchester, Ohio; four grandchildren Malasyia Scott, Alisyia Adkins, Patience Pierce and Casey (Cassie) Hamilton; two great -grandchildren Addison Hamilton and Raegan Hamilton; several nieces and nephews. Joyce was loved dearly and will be greatly missed.

Due to restrictions placed on funerals by the government in regards to the COVID-19 virus, a private graveside service only will be held for the family by Chaplin Jim Smedley.
