Bill Eugene McBrayer

Bill Eugene McBrayer, 69, of South Shore, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, April 4, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving wife and family. Billy was born May 12, 1950 in Ironton, Ohio a son of the late Billy McBrayer and Virginia Runyon Stevens. He was a 1972 graduate of Wurtland High School and was retired from General Motors in Pontiac, Michigan. He was a member of the New Bethel United Methodist Church in South Shore. He also was a United States Army Veteran. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister Diane Martin. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years Teresa Raymond McBrayer; one son Bill (Catheryn) McBrayer of Metamora, Michigan; one daughter Andrea (Joseph) Ballor of Oxford, Michigan; four sisters Carol (Bud) Hockley of Argillite, Kentucky, Linda (Doug) Hieneman of Greenup, Kentucky, Regina (Freddie) Bradley of Load, Kentucky and Kathy (Bill) Snoddy of Wurtland, Kentucky; five grandchildren Joseph Ballor, Jacob Ballor, Bill McBrayer, Hunter McBrayer and Vayda McBrayer; and a host of nieces and nephews. Billy will be greatly missed by all who knew him and loved him. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date. Reed Funeral Home in Greenup is in charge of arrangements.
