Mary Beth Carver
Mary Beth Carver, 61, of Raceland, Kentucky passed away suddenly in the arms of her loving husband Rick on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russel, Kentucky. Mary was born February 18, 1958 in Russell, Kentucky a daughter of the late Carl and Maxine Caldwell Fannin. Mary worked most of her life as a waitress and a cook in varies restaurants. She loved to go to flea markets and spend time with her family who she loved dearly. She loved traveling to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and collecting jewelry. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers Jim Fannin, Tim Fannin and Terry Fannin; one sister Gale Fannin Miller and one brother in law Jerry Miller. She is survived by her loving husband William Rick Carver; three daughters Stephanie (Marcus) Bowen, Sherry (Jason Kazee) Frye and Stacey (Charles Pennington) Frye all of Ashland, Kentucky; three sisters Sally (Greg) Chapman of South Point, Ohio, Becky (Arby) Rowe of Boyd County, Kentucky and Carla (David Shope) Riley of Ironton, Ohio; five grandchildren Annamarie Leader, Halie Davis, Abigail Bowen, Ashton Davis and Kawliga Kazee; one great-grandson Hudson Danner and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Pastor Dallas Sutton. Burial will be in the Fannin Cemetery in Wurtland, Kentucky Visitation will be from 11 am until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Condolences may be made at www.rlrfuneralhome.com
