Dennis Dwayne Billups, 51, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Wednesday August 21, 2019 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky. Mr. Billups was born in Fairborne, Ohio on June 22, 1968 a son of Carl Ray and Donna Kay (Jordan) Billups. Dennis was a member of Sandhill Church of Christ in South Shore, Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law Bobbi Willis.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his loving wife of 27 years Roberta Sharon “Shari” (Willis) Billups

Funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday August 24, 2019 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Ministers Tom Mitchell and Don Seevers. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 pm on Friday and one hour before the service on Saturday.
