Phillip Horsley

Phillip Horsley, 77, of Argillite, Kentucky went to be with the Lord on Monday April 22, 2019 at River’s Bend Health Care in South Point, Ohio. Mr. Horsley was born June 17, 1941 in Oldtown, Kentucky a son of the late Urcel Sr. and Virgie Alice Nichols Horsley.

He was of the Baptist faith and served in the United States Army.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife Wanda Louise Horsley; three brother Hurtzel Horsley, Urcel Horsley Jr., and Earl Horsley; three sisters Bonnie Callihan, Wanda Nelson, and Imogene Seybert.

Marianne Horsley, Gabriel Horsley, Taylor Mays, Alexa Mays, and Samantha Simon.

Funeral services will be conducted at noon on Friday April 26, 2019 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Pastor Lloyd Baldridge. Burial will be in Horsley - Nichols Cemetery in Argillite, Kentucky. Military rites will be performed by Marine Corps League Greenbo Detachment #1345.
