Diana Lynn Hay

Diana Lynn Hay, 53, of Flatwoods, Kentucky with to be with her mother in Heaven Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at her home.

Diana was born July 11, 1964 in Bath, Maine a daughter of Thomas Elwood Poplin Sr. of Worthington, Kentucky and the late Edith Whitton Poplin.

She was a 1982 graduate of Greenup County High School and was a former Medical record clerk at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Pastor Lloyd Baldridge and her Uncle David Poplin. Burial will be in the Poynter Cemetery in Greenup. Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 am until service time on Thursday.
