David Russell Gregory Botts

David Russell Gregory Botts, 47, of Flatwoods, Kentucky passed away peacefully Monday May 14, 2018 at University of Kentucky Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Botts was born January 25, 1971 in Ashland, Kentucky a son of George Jr. and Ruth Prichard Botts.

He is survived by his wife Kimberly Corbin Botts

four daughters Tiffany (Brysen) Perry of Huntington, West Virginia Jessica Botts of Flatwoods, Kentucky Karsyn Bates of Ironton, Ohio Madison Botts of Flatwoods, Kentucky

one brother Kenneth Botts of Flatwoods, Kentucky

two sisters Sherry (Bill) Murrey of Ashland, Kentucky Christina Botts Mays of Ashland, Kentucky

one grandson Simeon McKenzie
