John Paul Mullins

John Paul Mullins, 47, of Ashland, Kentucky passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell, Kentucky.

John was born February 9, 1971 in Ironton, Ohio a son of the late Forrest and Jane Stapleton Mullins.

He was a former security guard for Amazon Security in Huntington, WV, was co-owner of Imaginations in Westwood, Kentucky and was of the Baptist Faith.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 1 brother Donald Mullins.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm Monday, May 14, 2018 at Westwood Christian Church by Jeremiah Adkins.
