Randall Wayne Hieneman, 51, of Huntington, West Virginia passed away November 5, 2017 at his residence.

Mr. Hieneman was born July 20, 1966 in Portsmouth, Ohio a son of the late Robert Lee and Thelma Murphy Frisby.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 1:00 until service time on Sunday. In lieu of flowers donations can be made towards the funeral. Condolences may be made at rlrfuneralhome.com.
