James Ross Bain

James Ross Bain, 81, of Greenup, Kentucky formerly of Goshen, Ohio went to be with the Lord Tuesday September 26, 2017 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Mr. Bain was born September 15, 1936 in Tinsley, Kentucky a son of the late Spencer Albright and Elizabeth Wright Bain.

He was a member of Couzaddale Open Door Church.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister Jean Gray; one brother Ben Bain; three nephews Mark Kincaid, Dillard Gray and Dennis Gray; one late uncle Walter Marsee.

He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years Margaret Hendrickson Bain

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday September 29, 2017 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Bro. Wayne Stephenson. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until service time at the funeral home on Friday. Condolences may be made at rlrfuneralhome.com
