Delores was born October 7, 1962 in Portsmouth, Ohio a daughter of the late James and Mary Catherine Bellamy Skaggs.

There will be a memorial service at Noon on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Dr. Tome Melvin.
