Jennifer Lynn O'Quinn

Jennifer Lynn O'Quinn, 67, of Ashland, passed away Monday, March 6, 2017, in Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. Jennifer was born Feb. 18, 1950, in Milton, W.Va., a daughter of the late Basil and Geraldine Harshbarger Delbart.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles O'Quinn
