Phillip Michael Truitt

Phillip Michael Truitt, 65, of South Shore, Kentucky passed away Wednesday January 18, 2017 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Mr. Truitt was born February 10, 1951 in Ironton, Ohio a son of the late Marshall and Evelyn Fout Truitt.

He loved hunting, fishing, and farming.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Pam Delawder Truitt

Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm Saturday January 21, 2017 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky.

Burial will be in Haverhill Cemetery in Franklin Furnace, Ohio.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until service time on Saturday.
