James E. Fannin

James E. “Hairpiece” Fannin, 61, of Ashland, Kentucky passed away January 11. 2017 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Scioto County, Ohio.

Mr. Fannin was born July 24, 1955 in Russell, Kentucky a son of the late Carl E. and Mary Maxine Caldwell Fannin.

He loved to hunt and fish.

He loved his grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 pm on Monday January 16, 2017 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky. There will be no funeral service.
