Farrell "Rick" Howard

Farrell “Rick” Richard Howard, 51, passed away Tuesday December 20, 2016 at his residence in St. Matthews, Kentucky.

Rick was born December 25, 1964 in Ashland, Kentucky a son of Farrell Howard of Greenup, Kentucky and the late Donna Gail Colegrove Howard.

He was a 1982 graduate of Greenup County High School and a certified Arborist and a self-employed tree trimmer.

Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm December 23, 2016 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Bro. Gary Blevins, Bro. Gary Adkins, and Bro. Paul D. Moore. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery in Greenup, Kentucky.

Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 pm on Thursday and one hour before the service on Friday.
