Judith Ann Meadows, 72, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Monday, September 7, 2015 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Judith was born December 21, 1942 in Ashland, Kentucky a daughter of the late David Ward and Curtis Wolfe Meadows.

She was a homemaker and was a former member of the Antioch Christian Baptist Church in Warnock, Kentucky.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Homer Meadows.

There will be no services at this time.

Reed Funeral Home in Greenup is in charge of arrangements.
