Cecil Earl Hall, 84, of Raceland, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, August 16, 2026, at UK Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. Cecil, born in Warnock, Kentucky on December 16, 1941, was the son of the late Cecil Madison and Lois Carmen Gilbert Hall.
Cecil served as a Staff Sargent in the United States Airforce before becoming a General Foreman at CSX. He was an avid fisherman and especially enjoyed catching walleye. When he wasn’t fishing, Cecil loved to go bowling.
Most of all Cecil loved his family. Cecil leaves behind a loving wife of 62 years, Gypsie Daniel Hall, two daughters, Lisa Delcourt and Tina Hall, both of Raceland, Kentucky, one sister Ramona Carol Mobley of Branford, Florida, two grandchildren, Leslie (Brandon) Reinhardt of Wheelersburg, Ohio, and Amber (Patrick) de Seroux of Paris, Kentucky, and one great grandson Ryker Reinhardt.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Monday, August 24, 2026, at Kentucky Northeast Veterans Cemetery in Greenup, Kentucky. Reed Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. Condolences may be made at www.rlrfuneralhome.com
