Terri Sue McIntosh, 68, of Portsmouth, Ohio passed away Friday, March 21, 2025, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. Terri was born May 26, 1956, in Portsmouth, Ohio, a daughter of the Richard Winston Lanthorn and Dolores Jean Allen.
She is survived by one son Grant (Sara) Lanthorn of Waxhaw, North Carolina; one daughter Chelsie Lanthorn of Ohio; one sister Sherri (David) King; four grandchildren Addison Lynne Lanthorn, Richard Winston Lanthorn II, Cullen Jackson Lanthorn, and Savannah Grace Lanthorn.
