Joyce Ann Caudill

Joyce Ann Caudill, of Argillite, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at her residence. Joyce was born December 11, 1940, in Argillite, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Elmer and Maxine Riley Callihan. After losing her mother, Maxine, at just three weeks old, she was raised with love by her father, Elmer, and her grandparents, Charles and Pocahontas Allen Callihan.

She graduated from Wurtland High School in 1958 and later went on to become co-owner of Interstate Truck Supply and C.V. Caudill Trucking, where she took great pride in her work and accomplishments.

In addition to her parents and grandparents, she was preceded in death by her husband Claude V. Caudill.

She is survived by two sons Jeff (Bonnie) Caudill of Grayson, Kentucky and Mike (Missy) Caudill of Argillite, Kentucky; one brother Tim Callihan of Argillite, Kentucky; three grandchildren Josh (Shawna) Caudill, Zack (Stephanie) Caudill, Megan (Arvin) Espanola; six great grandchildren Kian, Bentlee, Oliver, Marlow, Vada, and Griffin.

Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday, March 27, 2026, at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Minister Darrell Garvin. Burial will be in Bellefonte Cemetery in Flatwoods, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until service time. Condolences may be made at www.rlrfuneralhome.com.
