Joseph Benjamin Mingus, 86, of Quincy, Kentucky, passed away, Friday, November 14, 2025, in Southern Ohio Hospice Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. Joseph was born February 4, 1939, in New Boston, Ohio, a son of the late James A. and Jesse M. Sweeney Mingus.
In addition, to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Perry Hudson Mingus.
He is survived by a daughter Carla Chapman and her husband Rodney of Portsmouth, Ohio.
