Janet Lynn Robinson

Janet Lynn Robinson, 73, of Lloyd, Kentucky, passed away, Saturday, January 10, 2026, at her home. Janet was born June 2, 1952, in Magoffin County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Glen and Virginia Crace Jenkins.

Janet was a 1970 graduate of the former McKell High School in South Shore, Kentucky and was a former case worker at Greenup County Family Services. Janet enjoyed quilting, Gardening, and fishing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Roger Lee Robinson and a brother Jerry Jenkins.

She is survived by two sons Jimmy (Deidra Muncy) Gibson of Knott County, Kentucky and Tommy (Shanna) Gibson of Lloyd, Kentucky; a brother Frank Jenkins of Russell, Kentucky; a sister Rhonda and Delbert Prince of Georgetown, Kentucky; five grandchildren Tiffaney (Nick) Sumner, Cody (Isabella) Gibson, Mary Gibson, Matthew Carpenter, Amber Ray, and Micah Tuggle; five great-grandchildren Marilyn, Mallory, Zeke, Solomon, and Mavrick; special neighbors Keith and Mary Hall, Donnie and Deanie Mabry, and Eddie (Pam) Bryant all of Lloyd, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00pm, Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at Smith Branch Cemetery by Kenneth Martin Jr.
