Gregory Dale Griffith

Gregory Dale Griffith, 60, of York, Kentucky, passed away, Wednesday, January 28,2026, at his home. Gregory was born September 21, 1965, in Ashland, Kentucky, a son of Hobert and Betty Lee Griffith of Wheelersburg, Ohio. Greg was a 1984 graduate of Greenup County High School. Greg enjoyed deer hunting and riding his ATV.

Greg was preceded in death by His wife Diana Bailey Griffith.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son Gregory D. Griffith of Wurtland, Kentucky; a daughter Whitney Griffith of York, Kentucky; a brother Jeff (Shanua) Griffith of Columbus, Ohio; a sister Barbara Griffith Hale of Winchester, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Johnathan Griffith, Madilynn Hurley, Waylon Hurley, Bailey Hurley, and Nevaeh Hurley; three nieces, Kasey Hale, Kristen Hale, and Alyssa Manter: two great-nephews Easton Price and Wolfgang Manter; two great nieces Paige Collins and Mikah Collins.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00pm on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup. Burial will be Siloam Cemetery in South Shore, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 11:00am until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
