Debra Ann Jordan, 68, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away, Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at Southern Ohio Hospice Center in Portsmouth. Debra was born October 30, 1956, in Columbus, Ohio, a daughter of the late Truman and Ivory Haywood Rice. Debra was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse and had worked at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital for many years and Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son John Kilburn.

 

She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Mitchell Ray Jordan; a granddaughter Jerrica Kilburn of Catlettsburg, Kentucky; a grandson Jonothan Kilburn of Catlettsburg, Kentucky; a sister Alma Jean Bullion of Wurtland, Kentucky.
