Danny “DJ” Morgan

Danny “DJ” Morgan, 33, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away, Wednesday, January 14, 2026, in Morehead, Kentucky.

“DJ” was born August 5, 1992, in Huntington, West Virginia, a son of Samual and stepmom Missy Morgan of Greenup, Kentucky and the late Tammy Elliott Hendricks.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Morris Morgan and Linda Reffett; maternal grandparents JC Elliott and Pam Lemaster.

In addition to his father and stepmom he is survived by two brothers Jesse Morgan and Jacob Morgan; two sisters Rachel (Celena) Chambers and Amanda (Justin) Casey; three aunts Carol McCarty, Jeanie (Gary) Timberlake and Billie Sargent; one uncle James (Nicole) Morgan; several cousins, Nicole, Michael, and Wesley Lyons, and Chandler Sargent; He was an uncle to James, Jade, and Zayden Miller.

A memorial service will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 pm, Wednesday, January 21,2026 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky.
