Athelia Baldwin McGraw

Athelia Baldwin McGraw, 74, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away Thursday, August 8, 2022, at her home in Portsmouth. She was born March 31, 1948, in Elkton, Virginia, a daughter of the late Ruby Daniels Sammons and Ernest Perry. 

She is survived by a daughter Athena Baldwin of Alexandria, Virginia; a brother Floyd Maxey of Amissville, Virginia; four sisters Debra Robinson of Owens Mill, Maryland, Sylvia Bielich of Tennessee, Barbara Wilson of South Shore, Kentucky and Phyllis Pease Sammons of South Shore, Kentucky.

There will be a private graveside service at Brick Union Cemetery in Lloyd, Kentucky. Reed Funeral Home in Greenup is in charge of arrangements.
