Albert Eugene Allard

Albert Eugene Allard, 71, of South Shore, Kentucky, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, November 8, 2025, at King’s Daughters’ Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky surrounded by his loving family. Albert was born September 30, 1954, in Portsmouth, Ohio, a son of the late Robert and Anna French Allard.

Albert was a 1972 graduate of the former McKell High School, was a  member of the Faith Baptist Church in Quincy, Kentucky and he had pastored various churches in the area.

He worked for several years at CSX Railroad and later was Animal Control for Greenup County.  He had taught concealed carry classes, gun control classes, and 4-H shooting sports for many years.  Albert also was former president of the Greenup County Wildlife Club and a United States Marine Veteran.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Debra Roberts Allard; a brother Harold Allard; two sisters Debra Perkins and Rebecca Allard.

He is survived by a daughter Misty (Basil) Cooper of South Shore, Kentucky; two sisters Dianna (Ken) Brown of Greenup, Kentucky and Sylvia Rowe ( J.R.) Robinson of South Shore, Kentucky; a special niece Brandy Sprinkle of South Shore, Kentucky; a grandson Basil (Kerrington Blizzard) Cooper II; three great grandchildren Kylynn, Natiley and Kingston; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted at 4:00pm, Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Faith Baptist Church in Quincy, Kentucky by Pastor Tim Underwood. Condolences may be made atwww.rlrfuneralhome.com
