Robert Eugene Boyles

Robert Eugene Boyles, 56, of Maloneton, Kentucky went to be with the Lord surrounded by his family on Tuesday August 16, 2016 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Mr. Boyles was born April 24, 1960 in Ashland, Kentucky a son of Wilburn E. and Helen Wilson Boyles.

He was a lifelong resident of Greenup County

He was a 1978 Greenup County High School Graduate and during his high school years he was active in FFA and 4H.

He was a conductor at CSX for 37 years.

Robert enjoyed sports and fishing and was an avid gardener and farmer.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife of 32 years Kelly Scaggs Boyles.

One son John Luke Boyles of Osage Beach, Missouri

One daughter Mary Beth Boyles of Maloneton, Kentucky

One brother Duane Boyles of Greenup, Kentucky

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Saturday August 20, 2016 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Dr. Tim Jayne. Burial will be in Scaggs Cemetery in Greenup, Kentucky.

Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 pm on Friday August 19, 2016 at Reed Funeral Home and one hour before the service on Saturday.
