Cecil “Dick” O. Moore, 84, of Oldtown, Kentucky went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell, Kentucky.

Mr. Moore was born September 11, 1931 in Oldtown, Kentucky a son of the late Roy Wilson and Cynthia Boggs Moore.

He served in the U.S. Navy for 22 years and was a Korean Conflict and Vietnam War Veteran.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 pm, Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Bro. Danny Brown. Burial will be in the Bellefonte Memorial Garden in Flatwoods, Kentucky. Military rites will be conducted by Greenbo Detachment of Marine Corp League #1345.

Visitation will be from 6:00-9:00 pm on Friday and one hour before the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
