Carl Dean Robinson, 88, of Lloyd, Kentucky went to be with the Lord Friday March 4, 2016 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Mr. Robinson was born in Greenup County, Kentucky on February 10, 1928 a son of the late George Washington and Maudie Ratliff Robinson.

He was retired from CSX Railroad.

He was a member of Smith Branch Church of God in Greenup, Kentucky.

He is survived by his loving wife of 71 years Vesta Juanita Reed Robinson

One daughter Carol and Clayton Brown of Catlettsburg, Kentucky

One Brother Melvin and Dottie Robinson of Wheelersburg, Ohio

One Sister Dorothy and Jerry Combs of Dayton, Ohio

15 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday March 7, 2016 at Lloyd Church of The Nazarene in Lloyd, Kentucky by Pastor Kenneth Martin. Burial will be in Smith Branch Cemetery in Greenup, Kentucky.

Visitation will be from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm on Sunday at the church and one hour before the service on Monday.
