Vern Michael Gauker

Vern Michael Gauker, 74, of Argillite, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Vern was born June 20, 1945 in Richmond, Indiana a son of Eva Geraldine Bowman Gauker of Richmond, Indiana and the late Vern Nathan Gauker.

He was a retired trouble technician from General Telephone Company and was a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his wife Roxann Marquis Gauker; one brother Jack Gauker.

He is survived by his loving companion and girlfriend of 9 years Faye Hensley; one daughter Karla Gauker of Portsmouth, Ohio; one son Michael Eric (Elizabeth) Gauker of Argillite, Kentucky and one sister Patricia Lea Rowe of Richmond, Indiana.

There will be no services at this time.
