Joy Coburn

Joy Coburn, 90, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Friday October 18, 2019 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia. Mrs. Coburn was born August 6, 1929 in Carter County, Kentucky a daughter of the late John Q. and Missouri Kiser Brown. Joy was retired from Pennco after 20 years of working there and worked at Wendy’s in Greenup for 10 years. She loved working, her friends, family, and especially her cat Flower.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Rudolph Coburn; two sons Stephen Coburn and Gary Coburn; three brothers Henry, Dwight, and Delbert Brown; two sisters Betty Tracey and Mary Elizbeth Moore.

Phillip (Jennifer) Coburn of Ft. Wright, Kentucky

Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Monday October 21, 2019 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Bro. Danny Brown. Burial will be in Warnock Cemetery in Warnock, Kentucky.
