Kenneth Dewayne Carter

Kenneth Dewayne Carter, 59, of Russell, Kentucky passed away Monday July 8, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Carter was born March 14, 1960 in Dayton, Ohio a son of Barbara Litteral Carter of Greenup, Kentucky and the late Kenneth Sherwood Carter. Kenneth was of the Wesleyan Faith and an avid Kentucky Wildcats fan. He was a heavy equipment operator for various coal mining companies.

In addition to his mother he is survived by one daughter Tara Bushnell of Russell, Kentucky; one Aunt Patty Leadingham of Greenup, Kentucky; and two grandchildren Jayda Bushnell and Isaeah Bushnell.

Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Thursday July 11, 2019 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Bro. Roger Watkins. Burial will be in Oliver Cemetery in Hunnewell, Kentucky.
