Charlotte Kelly

Charlotte Kelly, 76, of Flatwoods, Kentucky went to be with the Lord, Friday, May 17, 2019 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky. Charlotte was born August 23, 1942 in East Chicago, Illinois a daughter of the late Chester and Eula Harris Hogge. She worked several years as a home health aide for Fivco. She loved her flowers, playing cards with her friends, and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers Charles Hogge and Michael Hogge. She is survived by

Khristy (Jason) Kahrig of Russell, Kentucky

Two sisters 

Ann Rose Brown of Greenup, Kentucky  Debbie (Jerry) Howard of York, Kentucky

Seven Grandchildren 

Alexis Kitchen, Eva Kahrig, Ethan Kahrig, Liberty Kelly, Hayden Kelly, Josie Collins and Dominic Kelly. A host of nieces, nephews and many close friends. A memorial service in honor of Charlotte will be conducted at 1:00 pm Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup by Pastor Ken Gowin.
