Darrell Edward Carter

Darrell Edward Carter, 57, of Lucasville, Ohio passed away January 2, 2019 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.

Mr. Carter was born October 18, 1961 in Russell, Kentucky a son of the late Billy Carter and Myrtle Conley Baldridge.

Darrell had a great sense of humor and a big heart. He was a loving father, boyfriend, brother, uncle, grandfather, and best friend.

He was survived by his girlfriend Willota Matthews of Lucasville, Ohio

Six grandchildren Jenessa, Mileyann, Bentley, Mikey, Lexi, and Hannah.
