Diana Lou Belford Via

Diana Lou Belford Via, 66, of Greenup, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord and Savior on Friday September 21, 2018 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky surrounded by her family who loved her dearly.

Mrs. Via was born November 28, 1951 in Ashland, Kentucky a daughter of the late Denver and Beatrice Mae Arnett Belford.

She was a Christian and attended many churches throughout Greenup County. She was the owner of Lou’s Country Café for many years.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers Lawrence Belford and Earl Belford.

She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years Ortan Earnest Via;

Dexter (Bridgette) Via of Load, Kentucky

One daughter

Vivian (Jerry) Gray of Warnock, Kentucky

Three brothers

Lloyd (Sherry) Belford of Greneup, Kentucky

Raymond “Pete” Belford of Milan, Michigan

Kenneth (Trish) Belford of Greenup, Kentucky

Two sisters

Belinda Gail Belford of Greenup, Kentucky

Rhonda (Dean) Abdon of Warnock, Kentucky

Nine grandchildren

Devin Via (who she helped raise), Leigha Gray, Emily Gray, Nathan Gray, Darcey Via, Brandon Gray, Ryan Gray, Craig Campbell, Tyler Campbell

Six great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends who loved her dearly.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Wednesday September 26, 2018 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Bro. Danny Brown and Bro. Ricardo Hernandez. Burial will be in Belford Cemetery in Greenup, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 6:00-9:00 pm on Tuesday and one hour before the service on Wednesday.
