Marshall Hall, 71, of Russell, Kentucky passed away January 14, 2018 at University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.

Mr. Hall was born June 15, 1946 in Martin, Kentucky a son of the late Estill E. and Jeanette C. Crisp Hall. He was a United States Air force veteran.
