Nola Irene Holbert

Nola Irene Holbert, 73, of South Shore, Kentucky passed away Friday May 19, 2017 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

Mrs. Holbert was born October 18, 1943 in Greenup, Kentucky a daughter of the late Paul Morris and Bernice Irene Yates Skaggs.

She loved to sew and make quilts. She was also an avid gardener.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Ray Holbert.

She is survived by

Paul Skaggs of Coldwater, Michigan

Margaret (Dale) Sears of Battle Creek, Michigan

Gayle Spriggs of South Shore, Kentucky

Wanda (Donald) Wireman of Greenup, Kentucky

Ruth (Bill) Velkly of Cave City, Kentucky

12 grandchildren and 20 great great grandchildren

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 pm on Monday at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky.
