Lloyd Edgar Underwood, 82, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Thursday October 27, 2016 at his residence in Greenup.

Mr. Underwood was born July 7, 1934 in Garrison, Kentucky a son of the late Edgar and Edna Fannin Underwood.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm on Tuesday November 1, 2016 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky by Bro. Roger Madden.

Burial will be in Warnock Cemetery in Oldtown, Kentucky.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until service time on Tuesday.
