Thomas “Allan“ Sparks, 56, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away April 7, 2015 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Mr. Sparks was born August 18, 1958 in Ashland, Kentucky a son of the late Marvin and Vivian Price Helms.

He was a 1976 graduate of Greenup County High School.

He is survived by

1 daughter Danielle Nicole Sturgill at home.
