Edith Cross-Coleman, 82, of Russell, Kentucky formerly of Walton, Indiana went to be with the Lord Monday, July 22, 2019 at Kingsbrook Life Center in Ashland, Kentucky. Edith was born August 14, 1936 in Tompkinsville, Kentucky a daughter of the late Virgil and Maggie Loyd Cross. Edith was a retired aide at Logansport State Hospital in Indiana. Kenneth Dewayne Carter, 59, of Russell, Kentucky passed away Monday July 8, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Carter was born March 14, 1960 in Dayton, Ohio a son of Barbara Litteral Carter of Greenup, Kentucky and the late Kenneth Sherwood Carter. Kenneth was of the Wesleyan Faith and an avid Kentucky Wildcats fan. He was a heavy equipment operator for various coal mining companies.
