Jerry Stephens passed away March 1, 2019 in Crestwood, Kentucky surrounded by his loving family. Jerry was born on August 16, 1940 in Greenup County, Kentucky a son of the late John and Sallie Minnie Marie Artist Stephens; one daughter Bobbi Jean Stephens; and infant son John Raymond Stephens.
